No more reasons NOT to keep working out in your 70s!

We can all agree that exercise is important to maintain optimal physical and mental health and even to help prevent diseases or casual injuries but can people over 70 keep working out? The answer is simple, OF COURSE! and this is what you should do!

High-intensity gym training

High-intensity exercises are normally associated with short periods of intense exercises, followed by short periods of rest.
