Benahavis Hills Country Club is managed by TIDJICKA. Our main management and sales offices are located on site. TIDJICKA forms part of the Fisher Island Group, which also owns Fisher Islands Holding LLC.

Johnny Nordmann Johnny Nordmann heads the sales and customer service department. As direct client liaison he is focused on delivering an outstanding service giving customers the time and attention needed and keeping them updated. Monitoring all aspects of the project on a daily basis allows our sales team to deal promptly with any concerns that may

Technical Team
Having an in-house technical team assures the quality of the construction and the safety on site. The technical team is composed of in-house and external forces. The project is supervised on a daily basis by a team of architects and engineers headed by David Arizmendi Bueno who has the support of the Site Foremen Juan Sánchez.

David Aguado David Aguado is the accountant in charge of all the numbers of the project. His experience in this sector comes from several years working in the financial departments of similar projects in the area. David works in permanent contact with our headquarters’ financial department and has the support of PKF International, our international auditors and of Pedrosa y Asociados, our fiscal advisor. He also supervises the administration and is in contact with our legal department the lawyers firm Martinez Echevarría.
