All foundations for the homes in phase 1 finished!
That’s right; every single home in the first phase is now appearing. With the different trades on site doing their part of the work, each home is now at its own stage of development. This is great news as it means we are still on track to deliver the first phase as planned.
The Club House structure changes daily and is amazing visitors as it progresses (see photo). The main pillars of the façade are now complete and during the coming month we are expecting the structure for the building to be nearing its completion. The large exterior pool is now prepared and waiting to be tiled, shortly we will see the structure for the pool bar start taking shape.
With work concentrating on all the homes, the improvements are noticeable on a daily basis. Homes 1, 8, 15, 16, 31 and 38 will see their full structures finished during the month of June, and structural work will
continue in homes 2, 3, 4, 14, 21 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 32 thru to 36. Many other homes like, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 18, 19, 40 and the townhouses are getting their floors, wall tiles, plumbing and electrical installations fitted.
