BUILDING WORK
After a three-month stall of construction we are delighted to inform you that we are now ready to finish First Phase and the Club House. During the month of March different trades will be finishing the few remaining items to complete the homes.
The Town Hall has checked the infrastructure and some homes. Once we finish the few remaining items we will have everything in place to obtain the First Occupation License.
The exterior of the Club House, pools and surroundings, are almost complete. Many homes are completed: electrics are fitted and tested, the kitchens are installed and pending delivery of appliances.
Everything is ready for you to move into Benahavis Hills Country Club and enjoy the outstanding services offered from the Club House and this unique residential area in Southern Spain.
