Benahavis Hills Country Club is managed by Valmore Spain S.L. which has its main office in Marbella, and is located within a 10 minute drive from our main sales office and site. ValmoreSpain forms part of the Fisher Island Group, which also owns Fisher Islands Holding LLC.
SDM Architects, led by Sergio de Miguel, have taken this project to new heights, maximizing its potential by redesigning the individual homes and relocating the Clubhouse to further enhance your comfort. Sergio is an esteemed professor at the University of Madrid and has been at the helm of many large construction projects, making SDM one of the most reputed architectural firms in Spain. Sergio, winner of the BIENAL Award 2007, and his team have brought unmatched experience and professionalism .
Customer Services Department
Johnny Nordmann heads the customer service department. As direct client liaison he is focused on delivering an outstanding service giving customers the time and attention needed and keeping them updated. Sales, Marketing and After-care
Our sales, marketing and after-care team is led by Johnny Nordmann and Lilly Mahdavi, who have been involved with the project for close to two years. The team liaises with local and international agents on a daily basis and is focussed on delivering an outstanding service to customers. Monitoring all aspects of the project on a daily basis allows the team to deal promptly with any concerns that may arise and keep clients updated with the progress on-site. Technical Team
The technical team is composed of in-house and external forces. The project is supervised on a daily basis by Jose Antonio Haro, Senior Civil Engineer. Jose Antonio has the support of Junior Civil Engineer Manuel Alvarez, Site Foreman Juan Sanchez and Technical Support Rafael Castro. Valmore Spain has contracted the services of Laureano Ramos as an external technical consultant on key matters related to the project.
Managing Director
Ataúlfo J. Fernández (AJ) brings with him a wealth of experience that reaches from real estate development to the hard-hitting world of business.
He is set on making Benahavis Hills Country Club his finest project yet.
