Benahavis Hills Country Club is glad to inform that the list of extras for the homes is now released and included in our March newsletter. Please do not hesitate in contacting us to request a copy of this list and further details.

The excitement has been mounting as Benahavis Hills Country Club is taking shape, and more homes are popping up throughout phase 1.

The platforms for villas 1, 2, 3, 24 and 25 are being excavated and stabilized. Villas 4, 8 and 12 have got their retaining walls up and the foundation work will start in the coming weeks. Villa 9 and 10 already have foundation work being carried out. The electricity, air conditioning and plumbing installations for Villa 5, 7, 11, 18 and 19 are being put in place; this work also includes the townhouses in the first phase. The roofs for villas 5, 7, 11, 13, 18 and 19 are being tiled and the outside rendering for 18 and 19 is in the making. Villa 5 is even seeing the marble tiles being laid throughout its interior.

Villa 13 has been waterproofed and preparations have been made for the installation of water and electricity circuits. The outside walls for villa 17 are going up and the building of the exterior and interior walls for villas 15 and 16 will be on-going this month.
